yWe propose to obtain up to 6 deep exposures of a black hole transientin outburst as part of a global simultaneous multi-wavelengthcampaign. Each exposure should be 130 ksec in duration (1/2 orbit).Curvature and breaks in the high energy spectra of black holes areessential for comparing gamma-ray and X-ray states and forrevealing the relationship between hard X-ray emission and jets. Itis now clear that deep exposures are needed to reveal diagnosticcurvature in the high energy spectra of black holes. To ease theburden of these observations on INTEGRAL and the community andto generate broad interest in this science we request that thedata be made public immediately. [truncated!
