固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)是将燃料中的化学能直接转换为电能的电化学装置。因其高效率、低排放、无噪音、燃料广(化石燃料、氢和碳氢化合物等)等独特优点,成为发达国家竞相发展的新型绿色能源技术。SOFC发电效率几乎不受发电规模的影响,在小规模上(如千瓦级)同样可获很高(如50%)的发电效率,若实现热电联产效率高达80%,因此非常适合生物质气小型分散的特点。生物质气SOFC发展的瓶颈在于生物质气重整效率不高、阳极积碳以及稳定性不高等问题。为了提高生物质SOFC的性能和耐久性,我们开发了具有高效生物质气重整催化活性的新型SOFC阳极材料,设计了具有“重整催化层+阳极支撑层+阳极功能层”多层结构阳极,通过材料组成和结构设计,提升阳极对燃料气体催化活性和抗积碳性能,解决含碳生物质气燃料导致阳极失活及阳极结构破坏的技术。基于上述研究,开发了适用于生物质气燃料的大面积SOFC单电池,并采用项目组自行研制的SOFC性能测试系统进行测试,获得了单电池电化学性能与稳定性等科学数据,实现了单电池开路电压达到1V,峰值功率密度达到0.6 W cm-2以上,运行超过1000小时等技术指标。数据量为2.5 MB。

Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFCs) are electrochemical devices that directly convert chemical energy in fuel into electrical energy. With unique advantages including high efficiency, low emissions, no noise, and wide fuel adaptability (fossil fuels, hydrogen, hydrocarbons, etc.), SOFCs have become a new type of green energy technology being vigorously developed by developed countries. The power generation efficiency of SOFCs is almost unaffected by the power generation scale; even at small scales (e.g., kilowatt-level), high efficiency (up to 50%) can still be achieved, and the efficiency can reach as high as 80% when combined heat and power (CHP) is implemented. Thus, SOFCs are highly suitable for the small-scale and decentralized characteristics of biomass syngas applications. The development bottlenecks of biomass syngas-fueled SOFCs include low reforming efficiency of biomass syngas, anode carbon deposition, and poor stability. To improve the performance and durability of biomass syngas-fueled SOFCs, we developed a novel SOFC anode material with high catalytic activity for biomass syngas reforming, and designed an anode with a multi-layer structure of "reforming catalytic layer + anode support layer + anode functional layer". Through material composition and structural design, the catalytic activity of the anode towards fuel gas and its carbon deposition resistance were enhanced, addressing the technical issues of anode deactivation and anode structure degradation caused by carbon-containing biomass syngas fuels. Based on the above research, we developed large-area SOFC single cells suitable for biomass syngas fuel, and tested them using the SOFC performance test system independently developed by the project team. Scientific data including electrochemical performance and stability of the single cells were obtained, achieving technical indicators such as an open-circuit voltage (OCV) of 1 V, a peak power density of over 0.6 W cm⁻², and an operating duration of more than 1000 hours. The total data volume is 2.5 MB.
