Granulin expression effect on day 1 adults

Analysis of day 1 adult animals expressing granulins 1, 2 and 3 in a progranulin null background. Results provide insight into a role for granulins in lysosome function and protein homeostasis. Total RNA was extracted from day 1 adults of the following strains: wildtype (N2E), pgrn-1(-), pgrn-1(-); granulin1(+); pgrn-1(-); granulin2(+) and pgrn-1(-); granulin3(+). Total RNA transcriptome from these samples was profiled by RNA seq.
