Dataset To Manuscript: Ferroelectric Switching in x-cut MgO-doped Thin-Film Lithium Niobate

Raw and processed data for “Ferroelectric switching in x-cut MgO-doped thin-film lithium niobate: Hysteresis, coercive fields, and implications for periodic poling and domain-wall electronics” (submitted to APL Electronic Devices). Contains oscilloscope traces of PUND measurements on x-cut 5 mol% MgO-doped thin-film lithium niobate with finger and planar electrodes, at different electrode areas and field ramp rates, the processed hysteresis loops, second-harmonic microscopy images of intermediate domain states, a reference hysteresis measurement on bulk z-cut MgO:LN, and the coercive-field data. Files are sorted by figure; see README.md.
