本数据产品数据来源为普洱市医院信息系统数据，项目收集了普洱市66家医疗机构（5家三级医疗机构、30家二级医疗机构、31家一级及以下医疗机构）的全病历数据，涵盖病案首页、电子病历、检查检验报告、医嘱、费用明细、费用结算、医保结算等数据，再进行数据治理、加工形成高质量的医疗数据产品。本产品为医保政策提供效果评估，评估医保政策的实施效果,医保基金保障效果，为医保机构提供政策调整和改进的依据。

The data source of this medical data product is the hospital information system data from Pu'er City. The project collected complete medical record data from 66 medical institutions in Pu'er City, including 5 tertiary medical institutions, 30 secondary medical institutions and 31 primary and lower-level medical institutions. The collected data covers the front page of medical records, electronic medical records, inspection and test reports, medical orders, expense details, expense settlement, medical insurance settlement and other types of data. Subsequent data governance and processing were conducted to develop this high-quality medical data product. This product provides effect evaluation services for medical insurance policies, including evaluating the implementation effect of medical insurance policies and the guarantee effect of medical insurance funds, and provides a basis for medical insurance institutions to adjust and improve their policies.
