云南省普洱市-卫生-患者心脏病指数分析数据产品

本数据产品数据来源为普洱市医院信息系统数据，项目收集了普洱市66家医疗机构（5家三级医疗机构、30家二级医疗机构、31家一级及以下医疗机构）的全病历数据，涵盖病案首页、电子病历、检查检验报告、医嘱、费用明细、费用结算、医保结算等数据，再进行数据治理、加工形成高质量的医疗数据产品。本数据产品基于医疗全病历诊疗数据，包括患者心电图、心率、血脂浓度、化验数据、住院诊疗等综合数据，构建心脏健康检测分析数据模型，为医院临床提供决策支持。

This medical data product is sourced from the hospital information systems of Pu'er City. The project collected full medical record data from 66 healthcare institutions in Pu'er City: 5 tertiary hospitals, 30 secondary hospitals, and 31 primary and lower-level healthcare institutions. The collected data covers medical record homepages, electronic medical records, examination and laboratory test reports, medical orders, expense details, expense settlement records, medical insurance settlement records and other relevant medical data. After undergoing standardized data governance and processing, high-quality medical data products are developed. Based on the comprehensive medical diagnosis and treatment data including full patient medical records such as electrocardiograms, heart rate, blood lipid concentrations, laboratory test results, inpatient diagnosis and treatment information and other integrated datasets, this data product constructs a cardiac health detection and analysis data model to provide decision support for clinical practice in hospitals.
