single-cell analysis of experimental autoimmune orchitis (EAO) in mice

Adult normal male testes (Nt) of mice and testes insulted with EAO (O50t,50 days after the first immunization) were profiled via scRNA-seq. Overall design: The induction of EAO were conducted 3 times of immunization with homogenized mouse testis along with Freund's adjuvant with 14 days interval. Each time was followed by i.p. injection of 100?ng Bordetella pertussis toxin in 100?µl 1X PBS. The normal control group was named as N and its cells digested with trypsin/EDTA was thus named as Nt. The orchitic groups were named as O50 (50 days after the first immunization) and the cells of O50 digested with trypsin/EDTA was named as O50t. 3 unilateral decapsulated testes from 3 mice collected either from the group O50 or N were pooled for digestion.
