miRNA expression in kidneys

The goal of this project is to obtain the expression pattern of miRNAs in wild type kidneys at various ages during development. The data is obtained from mouse kidneys of ages P0, P7, P14, P21 and P35. The analysis compares the expression levels of miRNAs between the age groups. There were 4 biological replicates from P0 and 3 biological replicates from P7, P14, P21 and P35.本项目旨在获取发育过程中不同年龄阶段野生型肾脏内微小核糖核酸（microRNAs，miRNAs）的表达谱。实验数据取自不同日龄的小鼠肾脏，日龄分别为P0、P7、P14、P21及P35。本次分析将对比不同年龄组间的miRNAs表达水平。其中P0组设置了4个生物学重复，P7、P14、P21及P35组各设置3个生物学重复。
