The invention relates to a fitting for connecting and laying panels， boards or planks on a supporting body， having a main body and a spacer， wherein the main body has at least two fastening devices for connecting the fitting and board and for connecting the fitting and supporting surface， wherein the spacer and main body are arranged predominantly at right angles to one another in the operating state， characterized in that the main body and spacer are connectable together in a releasable manner by a third fastening device.
