RNA sequencing of human breast cancer cells

Apoptosis plays an important role in the normal life activities of cells. The classic view of apoptosis is that after caspase is activated, apoptosis is inevitable. When the apoptosis-inducing agent is removed, some cells can gradually return to their normal shape. This recovery is called "anastasis", which is called "rising to life" in Greek. We explore the function and molecular mechanism of the anastasis cells.
