This dataset contains monitoring data from a total of 2 monitoring stations, including Newton force monitoring and early warning data for landslide disasters at the entrance of Xiali Tunnel, and geostress monitoring data.
The Newton force monitoring and early warning data for landslide disasters is acquired from the experimental data platform center via the Beidou Satellite Monitoring Platform. It supports real-time collection of changes in deep Newton force at the monitoring locations, and judges whether a landslide disaster will occur in the monitored area based on the landslide Newton force early warning criteria. If an abrupt drop in Newton force is detected, the system will promptly feed back the change magnitude to the competent authorities. This dataset can provide scientific guidance for the prevention and control of landslide disasters in areas under imminent earthquake threat induced by active faults.
The geostress monitoring data is collected by a novel piezomagnetic geostress monitoring sensor. To ensure the stability and reliability of the observed data, the monitoring probe is typically installed in intact bedrock at a depth of more than 80 meters below the static water level of the borehole. Comparative compensation components are configured to calibrate data drift deviations caused by environmental factors such as temperature and atmospheric pressure. This data is used to monitor the stress variations of active faults, and can provide potential predictive data for fault instability monitoring.
