Tamias alpinus (the Alpine chipmunks) Targeted Locus (Loci)

We applied custom, multiplxed exon-capture to DNA extracted from population samples of early 20th C museum skins vs recently obtained tissues from the same sites to test for changes in genomic (i.e. some 10k exons) diversity accompanying a climate-related range retraction in the alpine chipmunk (Tamias alpinus) in high Sierra Nevada of California, USA.
