多轮问诊文本数据集

该数据集大约包含1210万条记录，由多轮在线问诊活动产生，已去除隐私信息，记录了患者特征、问诊对话文本信息，覆盖了包括常见病和慢性病在内的多种疾病类型。通过对患者治疗周期内与医生的多轮对话分析，可用于AI辅助问诊及在线医疗服务训练，并依据患者主诉与医疗诊断内容研究病症主诉与诊断、用药建议间的规律及趋势分析。

This dataset contains approximately 12.1 million records, generated from multi-turn online medical consultation activities, with all sensitive personal information removed. It records patient characteristics and the textual content of consultation dialogues, covering a wide range of disease types including common diseases and chronic diseases. By analyzing the multi-turn dialogues between patients and doctors during their treatment cycles, this dataset can be applied to AI-assisted consultation and online medical service training. Additionally, it supports research on the regularities and trends among patients' chief complaints, medical diagnoses and medication suggestions based on the patients' self-reported symptoms and medical diagnostic content.
