In this study, we investigated the transcriptional changes of reactivated T helper 1 (TH1) cells that occur independently of changes during naïve T cell priming and T cell differentiation. Overall design: Bulk RNAseq analysis of in vitro cultured and sorted murine naïve, activated naïve, differentiated TH1 and reactivated TH1 cells The mouse strain used is on a C57/BL6 background. Specifically C57BL/6-Tg(Nr4a1-EGFP/cre)820Khog/J mice crossed with B6.Cg-Tg(TcraTcrb)425Cbn/J mice were used for the experiment (Mouse strain also called OT-II/Nur77GFP)
