数控机床智慧企业数据空间数据库

基于机床装备产业联盟体对网络协同制造模式的需求，研究跨域多源异构数据融合，构建面向数据空间的数据算法模型，并基于昆明台工精密机械有限公司数控机床历史故障维修数据，进行数据语义分析与实体关系抽取，应用知识图谱分析并提升数控机床维修效率。所建立的数控机床智慧企业数据空间，数据范围覆盖供应链设计、生产、采购、财务、库存等业务领域。

To meet the demands of the Machine Tool Equipment Industry Alliance for networked collaborative manufacturing models, this research investigates cross-domain multi-source heterogeneous data fusion, builds data algorithm models oriented toward data spaces. Leveraging the historical fault maintenance data of CNC machine tools from Kunming Taigong Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., it conducts data semantic analysis and entity relation extraction, and applies knowledge graph analysis to enhance the maintenance efficiency of CNC machine tools. The established smart enterprise data space for CNC machine tools covers business areas such as supply chain design, production, procurement, finance, inventory and other relevant fields.
