Asiloidea is a major clade of lower Brachycera (Diptera), comprising over 1,000 genera and almost 16,000 described species. This project is aiming to reconstruct the phylogeny and divergence times of asiloid families (Diptera: Brachycera) using anchored hybrid enrichment and transcriptomics data. This Bioproject only including the RNA sequences.
