Arabidopsis thaliana strain:Col-0 Transcriptome or Gene expression

In a forward genetic screen designed to identify factors important for alternative splicing in Arabidopsis thaliana, we identified a mutation in the putative step II splicing factor PRP18a. We performed RNA-seq analysis on the prp18a mutant and identified a number of endogenous genes that are affected in their alternative splicing (AS) patterns. The most common AS event was intron retention.
