MACC1 is a decisive driver of metastasis. In this data set the expression changes of shRNA mediated knock down is analyzed. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression changing upon MACC1 knock down. Cells were collected from in vitro cell of three different passages (as indicated in the sample characteristics field). Between the passages there was one week of cultivation.
