Identification of PHGDH protein-assocaited RNAs and their overlap with PRIM-seq derived RNAs through RIP-seq

RNA immunoprecipitation followed by sequencing (RIP-seq) experiments targeting the PHGDH protein in HEK293T cells Overall design: To further validate PHGDH as an RBP, we carried out RNA immunoprecipitation followed by sequencing (RIP-seq) experiments targeting the PHGDH protein in HEK293T cells and generated two biological replicates. The isolation of RNA-protein complexes was conducted under native conditions utilizing either the anti-PHGDH antibody for PHGDH pulldown or the anti-IgG antibody as a control pulldown.
