以Web网页进行老年人的运动、感知觉、认知、吞咽言语、心肺、二便、精神心理 7 个维度的综合康复评估，基于5G+、物联网等技术，开发远程、移动康复管理系统。系统包括客户端（微信小程序）、医护端（APP端和PC端）、家庭便携设备终端三部分。客户端将采用微信小程序形式，依托智能手机、移动平板等进行远程康复管理

This work conducts a comprehensive rehabilitation assessment covering 7 dimensions including motor function, sensory perception, cognition, swallowing and speech, cardiopulmonary function, defecation and urination, and mental psychology for the elderly via web pages, and develops a remote and mobile rehabilitation management system based on technologies such as 5G+ and the Internet of Things. The system comprises three parts: the client terminal (WeChat Mini Program), the medical staff terminal (APP and PC versions), and home portable device terminals. The client will adopt the form of WeChat Mini Program, relying on smartphones, mobile tablets and other devices to carry out remote rehabilitation management.
