Development plan Schnelsen 19-Eidelstedt 44 2nd amendment Hamburg

The law on the development plan Schnelsen 19/Eidelstedt 44 of 23. December 1971 (HmbGVBl. 1972 p. 1), last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 503), is amended as follows:
7.1 On the area marked "A", the designation "area for parking spaces" shall be revoked. On this area, a single-storey building for an "extended caretaker lodge with communal facilities for the residential complex" with a floor area of up to 200 m is permissible as a maximum.
7.2 On the area designated by "B", a base area number of 0.3 is set as the maximum.
7.3 The Building Use Ordinance of 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133 ), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466,479), is applicable.
