The law on the development plan Schnelsen 19/Eidelstedt 44 of 23. December 1971 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette 1972, p. 1) is amended as follows: 1. The annex to the Act amending the Law on the development plan Schnelsen 19/Eidelstedt 44" is added to the law. 2. In § 2, the following points 5 and 6 are added: 5. For the area depicted in the annex between Graf-Johann-Weg and the Bundesautobahn A 7, the following applies: 5.1 On the area referred to as “A” for the “Building grounds for common use”, the purpose of “Age and nursing home” is replaced by the purpose of “Kindertagesheim und Jugendclub (Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg)”. For the measure of structural use, a two-storey building is set as the maximum with a base area count of 0.3 and a number of floors of 0.6 each as the maximum size. The previous expulsions of four or six full floors as a maximum limit (iii) of closed construction and the construction boundary between the four- and six-storey structure are omitted. The north-eastern boundary is indicated by 10 m in the north-east direction, the south-east boundary offset by 12 m in the northwest direction. Ancillary installations, pitches and garages are not allowed between the new south-eastern boundary and the area referred to as ‘E’. For the youth club, by arrangement of the buildings, suitable basic design or structural measures, it is necessary to ensure that any impairment of the residential area adjacent to the north-east is excluded. 5.2 On the area designated as “B” (Flurstück 991 of the Eidelstedt area), the designation “building plots for common use” with the purpose of “age and nursing home” is cancelled. The land fixed in accordance with the Federal Far Roads Act will be taken over accordingly. 5.3 On the surface designated as “C” (Flurstück 984), the designation "Construction plots for the “Community needs” with the purpose of “age and nursing home” and fixed as “area for supply facilities” with the purpose of “water extraction plant (Hamburger Wasserwerke GmbH)”. 5.4 On the surface designated “D” (Flurstück 3043 — new: 4505) the designation of building land for common use" with the purpose of "age and nursing home" is repealed and fixed as “road traffic area”. 5.5 On the area referred to as “E”, the designation “building plots for common use” with the purpose of “age and nursing home” is cancelled. The land fixed in accordance with the Federal Far Roads Act will be taken over accordingly. 6. The Ordinance on the Protection of Landscape Areas in the Schnelsen Areas;Niendorf, Lokstedt, Eidelstedt and Stellingen of 26 November 1957 (collection of adjusted hamburg law I 791 -r), as last amended on 27 February 1996 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 29), is repealed for the areas designated as “A”, “E” and “D”. Along the eastern border of parcel 991, the amended border of the landscape protected area shall be fixed.’
