Sars-CoV-2 WGS Sequencing from Wastewater samples from Toronto Pearson and Toronto, Ontario

Wastewater samples were collected from Toronto Pearson Airport in Ontario Canada, and surrounding region (Greater Toronto Area, Canada) for a study comparing 1st detection dates of SARS-CoV-2 lineages in Airport WW, Municipal WW and Clinical data. The sequencing results here were generated using ARTIC V4.1 primer scheme for tiled amplicon sequencing, Illumina Library Prep (with tagmentation) and were run on an Illumina MiSeq 2x250 cycle (or a MiniSeq 2x150 cycle in some cases). These sequences were generated by 3 different academic laboratories: Dr. Trevor Charles' team at the University of Waterloo, Dr. Larry Goodridge's team at the University of Guelph and Dr. Eric Arts' team at Western University.
