本平台利用“北斗卫星、精准气象、航空飞行器、农业物联网”等技术，构建河南省优质专用小麦、特色农作物“定单种植、收储、加工、流通、销售、监管”，全产业链“空、天、地、星”立体大数据监测体系。
一、平台功能：针对“河南省优质专用小麦、特色农作物”适宜区进行规划、种类提取、面积测算、长势监测、灾害监测及预警；收获期预测、病虫害防治、产量预估、市场精准分析；“保险+期货”服务、农作物航空植保，同时能够为基层党建、普惠金融服务等多方面数据支撑。
二、系统架构：云平台采用SAAS模式，根据用户需求定期数据解译分析，主要为政府、农业农村局、金融机构提供全面的数据支持和服务。

This platform leverages technologies including BeiDou satellites, precision meteorology, aerial vehicles, and agricultural Internet of Things (AIoT) to build a three-dimensional big data monitoring system covering the "air, space, ground, and satellite" dimensions for the whole industrial chain of "order-based planting, storage and procurement, processing, circulation, sales, and supervision" of high-quality special wheat and characteristic crops in Henan Province.

1. Platform Functions: Carry out planning, species extraction, area calculation, growth monitoring, disaster monitoring and early warning for the suitable planting areas of high-quality special wheat and characteristic crops in Henan Province; conduct harvest period prediction, pest and disease control, yield estimation, and precise market analysis; provide "insurance + futures" services and aerial plant protection for crops, and meanwhile offer data support for various aspects such as grassroots Party building and inclusive financial services.

2. System Architecture: The cloud platform adopts the SaaS (Software as a Service) mode, conducts regular data interpretation and analysis based on user needs, and mainly provides comprehensive data support and services for governments, Agricultural and Rural Affairs Bureaus, and financial institutions.
