高精度光纤压力传感器压力测量精度测量数据

课题参考国家计量检定规程JJG 860-2015《压力传感器（静态）》的方法，采用量程100MPa的活塞式压力机作为参考，从0MPa至60MPa以10MPa作为步进，对光纤压力传感器进行了检测，在每个压力状态下分别记录正行程和反行程下的传感器输出波长，得到光纤压力传感器的量程和测量分辨率。
测试环境温度20℃，相对湿度55%。

This study follows the method specified in the national metrological verification regulation JJG 860-2015 *Pressure Sensors (Static)*. Using a 100 MPa range piston pressure machine as the reference standard, the fiber optic pressure sensor was tested with 10 MPa steps from 0 MPa to 60 MPa. The output wavelengths of the sensor under forward and reverse strokes were recorded respectively at each pressure condition, thereby obtaining the measurement range and resolution of the fiber optic pressure sensor. The test was conducted at an ambient temperature of 20℃ and a relative humidity of 55%.
