Due to the poor quality at both 5′ and 3′ ends for PCR amplified by primers L15911/H602 as described in materials and methods, the sequences of nt15911–16000 and nt486–602 of the NC_012920 were excluded. nt249/353/354 of the NC_012920 were not included because they were not found in our sequencing data. *2.The position for the D-loop in the Revised Cambridge Reference Sequence (“rCRS”; NC_012920).
