Temporal transcriptional profiles of colonic tissue during DSS-induce colitis

Inflammation dramatically alters the gut microenvironment. To investigate the transcriptome changes the temporal profile of multiple signaling pathways throughout the progression of colitis, we collected the colonic tissue at a series of time points during DSS colitis for bulk RNA sequencing. Overall design: 7-week-old SPF mice received clean water or 3% DSS for 6 days, and the mid-colon tissues were harvested for bulk RNA sequencing at day 0, day 2, day 4 and day 6.
