云南省普洱市-卫生-患者健康风险评估数据产品

本数据产品数据来源为普洱市医院信息系统数据，项目收集了普洱市66家医疗机构（5家三级医疗机构、30家二级医疗机构、31家一级及以下医疗机构）的全病历数据，涵盖病案首页、电子病历、检查检验报告、医嘱、费用明细、费用结算、医保结算等数据，再进行数据治理、加工形成高质量的医疗数据产品。本数据产品以患者全维度健康数据为基础，深度整合就诊病历、年度体检报告、实验室检验结果关键信息，构建覆盖慢性病、常见病及潜在健康隐患的评估模型，生成清晰的健康风险评估报告，让患者直观掌握自身健康状况，为后续预防干预或就医诊疗提供科学参考。

This medical data product is sourced from the hospital information systems of Pu'er City. The project collected complete medical record data from 66 medical institutions in Pu'er City, including 5 tertiary medical institutions, 30 secondary medical institutions, and 31 primary and lower-level medical institutions. The collected data covers medical record homepages, electronic medical records, examination and test reports, medical orders, expense details, expense settlement, and medical insurance settlement. After data governance and processing, high-quality medical data products are formed.

Built on patients' full-dimensional health data, this data product deeply integrates key information from medical visit records, annual physical examination reports, and laboratory test results. It constructs an assessment model covering chronic diseases, common diseases, and potential health risks, and generates clear health risk assessment reports. This enables patients to intuitively grasp their own health status, providing scientific references for subsequent preventive interventions or medical diagnosis and treatment.
