Draft whole-genome sequencing of Acinetobacter spp. strains isolated from Catheter-Associated Blood Stream Infection

A 70s Japanese man developed catheter-associated bloodstream infection caused by Acinetobacter oleivorans. The total of 9 A. oleivorans strains were isolated from the case-patient initially. Acinetobacter strains were isolated from different three patients at about the same period. These Acinetobacter strains were molecularly characterized using NGS MiSeq.
