There are limited studies of TM4SF5, even though it plays a role in cell proliferation functions as lysosomal membrane amino acid sensor. In current studies, we aimed to study the role of TM4SF5 in mitochondrial homeostasis in adipocytes. White adipose tissue mRNA profiles of wild type(WT) and TM4SF5-/- mice were generated by deep sequencing. Three biological replicates were analyzed for each of two conditions.
