This dataset contains measurements of greenhouse tomato plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, dry matter accumulation and soil moisture content collected in Yangling area in 2017. It includes metadata including collection location, longitude, latitude, altitude, collector, collection institution, and collection time, as well as detailed greenhouse tomato growth data covering plant height, LAI, SAPD, photosynthetic data, yield, and soil moisture content.
