淬硬H13模具钢耐磨性好,具有较高的韧性,常被用作冲击载荷大的锻模、压铸模及高要求注塑模具。铝合金Al 7050因强度高、抗腐蚀且密度较小,在航空、航天领域被广泛用于飞机大梁、隔框等承力骨架类零件的制造。该材料密度低、强度低、热导率高。2.5D C/SiC复合材料采用先驱体浸溃裂解法(PIP)制备。由于PIP法具有成分均匀度和成形度较高的优点,是制备C/SiC复合材料最常用的方式之一。
Hardened H13 die steel boasts excellent wear resistance and high toughness, and is frequently employed to fabricate forging dies, die-casting dies and high-grade injection molds subjected to heavy impact loads. Aluminum alloy Al 7050, characterized by high strength, corrosion resistance and low density, is widely applied in the aerospace field to manufacture load-bearing structural components such as aircraft beams and bulkheads. This alloy exhibits low density, relatively low strength and high thermal conductivity. 2.5D C/SiC composites are prepared via the polymer infiltration and pyrolysis (PIP) method. Benefiting from its advantages of high compositional uniformity and forming precision, the PIP method is one of the most commonly used approaches for fabricating C/SiC composite materials.
