Inducible inactivation of the mitochondrial presequence protease MPP in yeast. Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain:YPH499

Here we analyse gene expression changes upon inactivation of the mitochondrial presequence protease subunit Mas1. We performed RNA-seq experiments under permissive conditions (23°C) and after heat shock-induced (37°C) inactivation of a temperature-sensitive Mas1 mutant (mas1ts). Saccharomyces cereviseae strains were derived fom YPH499.
