Single cell gene expression of virus-specific WT amd KMT2D-deficient CD4+ T-cells

To understand how KMT2D impacts anti-viral CD4 T-cell responses, we performed scRNA-seq on WT and KMT2D-/- effector CD4 T-cells obtained from LCMV Armstrong infected mice WT and KMT2D-TCD mice were infected with LCMV Armstrong. 10 days later, I-Ab GP66-77 CD4+ cells from the spleen were isolated by FACS sorting, and gene expression was determined by scRNA-sequencing.
