This study aimed to identify the relationship of intestinal microbiota and bile acids existing murine experimental models of depression. We utilized male C57BL/6JJmsSlc (B6) mice subjected to sub-chronic and mild social defeat stress (sCSDS). The diversity of intestinal microbiota was evaluated by 16S rRNA metagenomic analysis of colon contents.
