京杭大运河崇贤崇园噪音指数数据

实时监测京杭大运河崇贤崇园区段的噪音数据，经过算法加工得到噪音指数数据。通过噪音指数数据，对京杭大运河航运噪音大小进行实时预警，指导京杭大运河航运系统合理安排航运时间和货船数量，保护周边生活的人群免受噪音污染的影响，为京杭大运河的数字化航运体系建设提供有效数据支撑。（1）数据采集：通过在线设备，每分钟实时测量获取京杭大运河东湖姚家埭区段噪音（A，单位：dB）数据；
（2）数据处理：依据监测时间，将噪音数据所处时段分为昼间（6:00-18:00）和夜间（18:00-6:00）。昼间时，噪音指数计算方法：噪音指数=（噪音-70）/70；夜间时，噪音指数计算方法：噪音指数=（噪音-55）/55。
根据我国声环境质量标准（GB3096－2008）中的规定，内河航道昼间噪音不超过55dB，夜间不能超过77dB。噪音数据越接近于1，代表环境越安静。噪音指数监测的预警值为0。当噪音指数数据小于0时，则表示存在噪音污染，应立即采取降低噪音额度必要举措。
（3）数据应用：通过噪音指数数据，对京杭大运河航运噪音大小进行实时预警，指导京杭大运河航运系统合理安排航运时间和货船数量，保护周边生活的人群免受噪音污染的影响，为京杭大运河的数字化航运体系建设提供有效数据支撑。

This dataset monitors real-time noise data of the Chongxian Chongyuan Section of the Grand Canal of China, and generates noise index data through algorithmic processing. Using the noise index data, real-time early warning of shipping noise levels on the Grand Canal of China is implemented, which guides the shipping system of the Grand Canal to rationally arrange shipping schedules and the number of cargo ships, protects local residents from noise pollution, and provides effective data support for the construction of the digital shipping system of the Grand Canal of China.
(1) Data Collection: A-weighted noise data (unit: dB) of the Donghu Yaojiadai Section of the Grand Canal of China is collected in real-time every minute via online monitoring equipment.
(2) Data Processing: Based on the monitoring time, the periods are divided into daytime (6:00–18:00) and nighttime (18:00–6:00). The noise index calculation formulas are:
- Daytime: Noise Index = (Noise Level - 70) / 70
- Nighttime: Noise Index = (Noise Level - 55) / 55
In accordance with the provisions of China's Environmental Noise Quality Standard (GB3096－2008), the allowable noise limit for inland waterway channels is 55 dB during daytime and 77 dB during nighttime. The closer the noise index is to 1, the quieter the surrounding environment is. The early warning threshold for the noise index is 0. If the noise index is less than 0, it indicates the occurrence of noise pollution, and necessary measures to reduce noise must be taken immediately.
(3) Data Application: Using the noise index data, real-time early warning of shipping noise levels on the Grand Canal of China is carried out to guide the shipping system of the Grand Canal to rationally arrange shipping schedules and the number of cargo ships, protect local residents from noise pollution, and provide effective data support for the construction of the digital shipping system of the Grand Canal of China.
