Gas-exchange point-level and trait tables for week-specific photosynthesis–stomatal analysis in controlled-environment romaine lettuce

Supporting dataset for a manuscript submitted to Plant, Cell & Environment (Wiley).Species: Lactuca sativa L. var. longifolia (romaine lettuce), grown in a controlledenvironment and measured at three developmental time points (DAT12 / DAT19 / DAT26,i.e. 2, 3 and 4 weeks after transplanting). Contents:- Point-level gas-exchange data from A–Ci, A–Q and VPD-response curves (QC'd), with curve identifiers and source-file references.- Per-curve trait tables used for trait_y ~ trait_x × week interaction tests.- Leave-one-curve-out (LOCO) cross-validation summary tables (overall and by week).- Weekly growth summary and a long-format supplementary parameter table.- Cultivation-week metadata (days after transplanting, growth-chamber temperature set-points).- R script (build_zenodo_bundle.R) that regenerates the processed tables, plus README files.
