Special Protection Low Emission Zone (ZBEDEP). the Elliptical Square

Map service representing the Specially Protected Low Emission Zone (ZBEDEP) of Plaza Elíptica regulated in the amendment of 13 September 2021 to the Sustainable Mobility Ordinance of 5 October 2018. The service includes the representation of the perimeter of the ZBEDEP , of the roads affected by the prohibition of access and circulation for certain vehicles, the section of the A-42 that, as a result of the current traffic management, necessarily leads to the ZBEDEP and therefore must avoid unauthorized vehicles, access control points, and the neighborhoods of Abrantes, Opañel and Comillas of the Carabanchel district and in the neighborhoods of Moscardó and Zofío of the Usera district whose registered persons will be able to benefit from the exceptions provided for residents.
