The dataset2.csv is provided as supporting information and contains the average HFD values computed for each of the 19 electrodes and each subject during both wakefulness and sleep. In addition to the HFD values for each electrode, the dataset includes the subject identifier, sleep/wakefulness state, and age expressed in years of life. These data were used to generate Figs 4 and 5 and are the inputs for the statistical analysis. (ZIP)
