Adult female subject QA255 was HIV-infected with a clade A virus and developed antibodies that mediate potent antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. This study sequenced the variable regions of QA255's immunoglobulin genes (IgG, IgM, IgK, and IgL) at timepoints 119 days pre-infection and 462, 791, 1174, and 1512 days post-infection.
