Nextclade dataset assigning a genome to a label of the fine taxonomy of Mycobacterium bovis for the region Bovis.2.2.1.2.2.2.1.1.1.1 (5,691 public genomes, 68 labels placed out of 87). Reference H37Rv NC_000962.3. Leave-61-out validation: 51 of 61 genomes receive the exact label, 10 the label of an ancestor, none a label from another clade. Read CHANGELOG.md before use: 9 labels are not placed, 6 placed labels are still to be reviewed in the taxonomy register, and genomes with masked (N) uncovered regions must not be provided.
