基于海洋耦合模式FIOCOM和数据同化得到的南大洋0.25 度分辨率温度、盐度、流速、海冰、海平面等同化再分析数据。0.25°分辨率的FIOCOM在COREv2气候态的强迫下进行了1300年的spinup积分,以使海洋模式由冷启动逐渐演变为准平衡态。随后模式的大气驱动场转为实际的驱动场,从1979年开始往后积分并逐步引入海冰和海洋的数据同化,所用的驱动场为JRA55-do,这也是国际耦合模式比较计划指定的驱动场。模式从1979年开始引入海冰密集度的数据同化,从1993年开始引入海水温度和盐度的数据同化,构建1993-2022年共30年的南大洋同化再分析数据集。

This is a 0.25° spatial resolution Southern Ocean assimilative reanalysis dataset containing variables such as temperature, salinity, ocean currents, sea ice, and sea level, developed based on the ocean coupled model FIOCOM and data assimilation techniques. The 0.25° resolution FIOCOM underwent a 1300-year spin-up integration under COREv2 climatological forcing, allowing the ocean model to evolve from a cold start to a quasi-equilibrium state. Subsequently, the model's atmospheric forcing was switched to realistic forcing fields, with integration initiated in 1979 and sea ice and ocean data assimilation gradually introduced. The forcing dataset used was JRA55-do, which is also the designated forcing field of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project (CMIP). The model implemented sea ice concentration data assimilation starting from 1979, and seawater temperature and salinity data assimilation starting from 1993, thereby constructing this 30-year (1993–2022) Southern Ocean assimilative reanalysis dataset.
