Omnichannel Healthcare Intention and Adoption Dataset – Urban Gen Y and Gen Z in Indonesia (v1)

This dataset contains anonymized survey responses from digitally literate urban Generation Y and Generation Z participants in Indonesia. The questionnaire (administered in Indonesian) extends the Healthcare Information Technology Acceptance Model by examining both intention to use and actual adoption of omnichannel healthcare consultations. The dataset is intended to support academic research on healthcare adoption within the digital generation and has been used in a manuscript currently under submission to an international peer-reviewed journal.
