Section 1: Construction Objectives 1. Comprehensively perceive the positions and states of underground personnel, machinery, environment and other objects, and realize equipment control; 2. Adopt GIS and BIM technologies to provide services and tools including 2D/3D integrated position services, full-life-cycle management of mine engineering and equipment for smart mine applications, so as to realize mine digital twin; 3. Adopt software-defined technology to realize high real-time correlation, fusion and intelligent linkage of underground and aboveground personnel, machinery, environment and management information; 4. Use big data and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to iteratively upgrade intelligent analysis, autonomous learning and auxiliary decision-making for coal mine safety, production and operation. Section 2: Core Business Framework By building the "Cloud (cloud computing + big data + AI), Pipeline (10Gigabit ring network + 5G for underground deployment), Terminal (intelligent terminals)" architecture, the platform connects "personnel (target positioning), machinery (production equipment), environment (environmental monitoring)". The smart mine operating system platform comprehensively integrates, vertically connects, horizontally correlates and innovatively fuses various subsystems of personnel, machinery and environment at different levels, forming a comprehensive management and control platform for enterprise safety, production, operation and management. The platform can operate as a whole, and subsystems can also run independently. The platform and subsystems do not interfere with each other during operation, but their data are managed in a centralized manner.
