Aging Atlas

Aging Atlas aims to compile large gene expression and regulation datasets created by a range of high-throughput omics technologies and serve as a valuable resource for a range of life science researchers. The current implementation includes five modules: transcriptomics, epigenomics, single-cell transcriptomics, proteomics, and pharmacogenomics.衰老图谱（Aging Atlas）旨在整合一系列高通量组学技术产生的大规模基因表达与调控数据集，并为广大生命科学研究者提供宝贵的研究资源。当前版本包含五大模块：转录组学（transcriptomics）、表观基因组学（epigenomics）、单细胞转录组学（single-cell transcriptomics）、蛋白质组学（proteomics）以及药物基因组学（pharmacogenomics）。
