In recent years, consumers' awareness of rights protection has continued to rise. The launch of multiple online rights protection platforms such as the National Consumer Association Smart 315 Platform and the National 12315 Platform enables consumers to conveniently submit complaints, inquire about rights protection information and obtain consumption guidance through various channels. Multiple parties including consumer associations, market supervision departments and industry associations have carried out collaborative governance, which has promoted remarkable results in consumer rights protection work. With consumption upgrading and the enrichment of consumption scenarios, new hotspots for rights protection have continuously emerged. For example, false advertising in live-stream commerce, quality issues of new energy vehicles (NEVs) and after-sales services of smart products have become new hotspots for complaints. The National Online Consumer Complaint Dataset launched by CnOpenData contains detailed complaint information, including multiple fields such as work order number, publication time, company name, complaint content, complaint demands, acceptance status, problem summary, number of published work orders, administrative division, region, address, consumption amount and product and service category.
