Data for: Using stable isotopes of water to estimate the young water fraction and mean transit time in a subtropical watershed of eastern China

This data file contains a four-year (2014-2018) data of stable isotopes for water [deuterium (2H) and oxygen-18 (18O)] from precipitation, groundwater and stream water for six catchments in the Yongan watershed of eastern China. There are 396 records with a monthly sampling strategy.
