Raw short reads generated by a single library prep of human (NA12878) DNA using early-stage TruSeq Synthetic Long-Reads technology in spring of 2013. These short reads can be assembled to produce FASTQ files containing synthetic long reads using truSPAdes (http://bioinf.spbau.ru/truSPAdes) or the TruSeq Long-Read Assembly app.
