RNA seq for Rat's heart infarction

This project performed BulkRNA sequencing on the myocardial tissue of rats one month after myocardial infarction and attempted to reveal the transcriptome differences in the myocardial infarction area of ??rats among different groups. Overall design: The experimental animals are SD rats, and the experimental groups include Normal, MI, SNAP, DTMS, and S-DTMS.
