NYC_Public_Use_Microdata_Areas_PUMAs_2020

The 2020 NYC Public Use Microdata Areas (PUMAs) are statistical geographic areas defined for the dissemination of 2020 Public Use Microdata Sample (PUMS) data. PUMAs have a minimum population of 100,000, are aggregated from census tracts, and approximate Community Districts (CDs), or combinations of CDs (There are 59 CDs and only 55 NYC PUMAs because of such combinations). These boundary files are derived from the US Census Bureau's TIGER project and have been geographically modified to fit the New York City base map.2020年纽约市公共使用微数据区域（Public Use Microdata Areas，简称PUMAs）是为发布2020年公共使用微数据样本（Public Use Microdata Sample，简称PUMS）数据而划定的统计地理区域。PUMAs的最低人口规模为10万人，由普查分区聚合而成，且近似于社区专区（Community Districts，简称CDs）或多个社区专区的组合。纽约市共计设有59个社区专区，但因存在社区专区的组合情况，仅划定了55个PUMAs。此类边界文件源自美国人口普查局的TIGER项目，并已进行地理适配调整以匹配纽约市基础地图。
